Fees & common questions

Clear information can make taking the first step feel easier. Here are the basics about sessions, payment, and getting started.

Fees & insurance

$200 for a 50-minute session

My practice is private pay. Payment is due at each session, and I accept Venmo or PayPal. I do not bill insurance directly.

If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance plan. Reimbursement depends on your plan, so please check your benefits directly with your insurer.

The initial 15-minute consultation is complimentary.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. I see individual clients online throughout California. Sessions take place over Zoom.

Do you work with couples?

My practice currently focuses on individual therapy.

How do I know whether we’re a good fit?

We can start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. You can share what brings you to therapy, ask questions about my approach, and decide whether you would like to take the next step.

Can I use insurance?

I do not bill insurance. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, a superbill may allow you to seek reimbursement. Your insurer can tell you about your specific coverage, deductible, and requirements.

How often will we meet?

We can discuss a rhythm that fits your needs and availability during the consultation. Many people begin with weekly sessions.
